Viburnum opulus, commonly known as the guelder rose, can make an excellent choice for a hedge due to its dense growth habit, attractive foliage, and sometimes showy berries. Leaves are dark green and turn shades of red, purple, or burgundy providing beautiful autumn foliage. Producing flat-topped clusters of white to cream-colored flowers in late spring to early summer. After flowering, the shrub produces spherical clusters of bright red berries. 

Using bareroot specimens is a cost-effective alternative to pot grown plants and allows the plants to establish their root systems before the growing season starts.

This is a BARE ROOT plant which can be planted during dormant months, usually November until March. Dispatch date varies from year to year as plant can only be lifted when dormant. This plant has exposed roots and must be planted once received.
